Delivery Information and Returns

• All our products are dispatched within 2 working days of Timberwise receiving cleared payment via Royal Mail or a courier. In some instances we may be unable to dispatch items for up to five days. In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us on 01606 339085.
• Items ordered before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, for delivery 1-5 working days later.
• If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left with details on how you can pick up your order.
• We can deliver to a home address or place of work. Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm.
• We are currently unable to accept online orders from outside the UK, however please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quotation including overseas delivery.
• All prices shown include VAT at the standard rate

Returns Policy

Ventilation products and mould eradication kits can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery and  will be accepted for exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the goods and should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit to us.
